Your Body Will Thank You!

As I have been writing this blog, my goal has been to pass along some helpful and practical ideas that are easy to implement and improve your life!  Today, in this post, I want to highlight the MANY areas that are impacted and help you, if you just exercise!!  The benefits of exercise are almost unending, but yesterday one of my clients said something to me that reinforced this and I wanted to share it!  She said, “Julie, the difference between my energy level this week compared to last week is incredible!  I am sleeping better and feeling better!”  How awesome is that:)  She has been working out with us for about a week now and she already feels a difference!

Food for Thought:  I have heard it said that it takes 21 days to develop a habit.  I’m not convinced it is the number of days that is key…what I do know is that incorporating exercise into your daily routine will soon become a habit when you start to feel better, look better and realize how much fun it can be!  You will not want to go back to your old ways once you become a new person:)  If you need any exercise ideas, ask away…I am happy to help!
