Today’s Recipe: Greek Yogurt Dips

Here are 3 awesome, healthy dips made with Greek Yogurt.  Thanks to a client for sharing these recipes from Real Simple Magazine.  I made the sweet raspberry dip this weekend and loved it!  Enjoy:)

Spinach-Pesto Dip

1 cup plain greek yogurt + 1/2 10-ounce package frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) + 1/4 cup pesto

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, spinach and pesto, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Serve with cut up veggies. Serves 6.

Lemon-Horseradish Dip

1 cup plain greek yogurt + 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish +1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish and lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Serve with beet or veggie chips. Serves 6.

Sweet Raspberry Dip
 1 cup plain greek yogurt + 1/2 cup fresh or (thawed) frozen raspberries + 1 tablespoon honey

In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with the honey; stir in the yogurt. Serve with cut up pears or apples. Serves 6.
