The Blog is Back!!! Happy 2014!

After a 2 year hiatus from the blog, I decided it’s time to get back to writing my blog and sharing with all my japple a day fans!  I have been busy training clients, getting additional fitness and nutrition certifications and helping people reach their goals.  In case you didn’t know, I LOVE my job–it doesn’t really feel like a job to me 🙂  So, one of my goals for 2014 is to write regularly on my blog to share with you about nutrition and fitness and spread my passion to get people active, healthy and feeling better.

With a new year upon us, what are your goals?

Each December 31st, I make a point of sitting down and writing down what I want to accomplish in the coming year–personal goals, professional goals, tennis goals, etc.  I keep them realistic, yet I know I’ll have to strive to reach them.  I encourage you to put them in your iPhone as a note (or anywhere you will see it regularly) so you can easily refer to them and check back on your progress.  What a great feeling of accomplishment to come to the end of a year and be able to see all the goals you attained. If you plan ahead, you will be far more productive. One of my favorite quotes is, “Fail to plan, plan to fail!” but that is for another blog post soon.  Here were some of my goals for 2013.

Did you reach your 2013 goals?  If yes, WAY to go!  If not, you have a whole new year to make it happen.  Sit down at some point today and write out your goals for the coming year.  Now, onto 2014!  Here we go!!
