The Benefits of Exercise YOU Don’t Want to Miss!

How do you deal with stress?  Grab a glass of wine, find something to munch on, pop pills, or maybe it’s something else for you….There are so many ways we try to cope with the stress and chaos in our lives, BUT there is an option that will pay off if you use it to your benefit! EXERCISE!!  Instead of eating something or drinking a glass of wine and then feeling more guilty, why not go for a walk in the neighborhood or go for a bike ride?  Most methods we turn to for stress relief end up leaving us more frustrated and empty, but exercising isn’t that way.  It actually will help you feel more relaxed, motivated and even clear your mind!
If you’re stuck in a rut or feel depressed, you need to try working out.  It may seem overwhelming or odd to suggest this, but I can promise you exercise is like a magic fix and stress reliever!  If life gets stressful for me, you will find me out for a run or busting my tail in the gym.  It’s my go-to stress reliever and way to relax. In addition, exercising helps clear my mind and refocus.  There are SO many other benefits of exercise–it is almost impossible to list all of them!  I came across an article on about many of the benefits and wanted to share them with you.
