Are YOU Ready for a Challenge?!

Looking for a fun way to stay motivated and get more activity? My clients have joined in on some weekday and weekend Fitbit challenges and wow has it amped up our steps each day.  Talk about competition!!

Now’s a great time to get an activity tracker to help keep you motivated to move more and stay active throughout the day.  It will even track your sleep, food and water.

Personally I’m a big fan of the FitBit trackers ( because they allow you to connect to your friends and you can link it to MyFitnessPal. The newest addition to the Fitbit App are the Challenges–Daily Showdown, Weekend Warrior and Workweek Hustle. Prior to the challenges, 10K steps a day was my goal and pretty standard. With several clients and friends hitting 20K steps a day, that’s become my new goal.  Talk about some extra calories burned each day:)

Instead of sitting around in your office working, why not walk and reply to emails on your iPad or iPhone?  Get up from your chair and walk around the office.  Go get some fresh air during lunch and add some steps!  Wake up early for a workout.  I know my clients have stepped it up!! 😉 You should too.
