Pass the Popsicles Please!

With the weather as HOT as it is, anything cold and refreshing sounds awesome right?! Are there any healthy options when all you want is something cold? YES!! The other day I made some of my own popsicles and here’s my experience and inspiration so you can make some too! I saw this recipe on Pinterest and tried a version of these:


1 1/2 cups raw coconut water
The juice of 1 large lime
The zest of one lime
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 white peaches or nectarines, thinly sliced (I used cubed watermelon pieces)


Mix together the coconut water, lime juice and lime zest.
Place some of each fruit in your Popsicle molds.
Pour the lime flavored coconut water into each mold to cover the fruit.
Cover with lid or foil and place your wooden sticks. Freeze until solid.

Swap your ice cream for these much lower calorie, lower sugar and all natural sweet and tangy treats. You’ll love how easy they are to make and how refreshing they are to eat 🙂 Enjoy!
