Fitness should be fun and that’s my goal as I coach clients and design unique workouts to meet each clients needs. If you’re intimidated by big gyms or prefer to workout in a small setting, Japple Fitness may be just the training for you! I train clients in their homes, neighborhood fitness centers and country clubs. Each 1 hour training session includes weight training, cardio training, core training and more. Personal or group training as well as husband and wife workouts are available. Your first session will include a free fitness assessment and workout. During the assessment, I will customize a program that will help you reach and maintain your goals so you achieve long-term success. Fitness must become part of your lifestyle and my goal is to help every single client incorporate workouts and activity into your daily and weekly routine.


As a TRX® Certified Trainer, I incorporate TRX® Suspension training during each workout session. This unique training system is designed for in-home or on the go full body exercises. It is a core workout unlike anything else and helps develop long and lean muscle. When I am not training clients, you can find me on the tennis court playing matches or practicing. As a USTA (United States Tennis Association) level 3.5 tennis player, I enjoy training fellow tennis teammates and players in the gym. Your tennis game will drastically improve as you develop greater strength, stamina and speed.
